Corporate Secretary Assistant

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of corporate secretarial matters and be the main point of contact for clients
  • Handle company incorporations, prepare and maintain statutory documents, including AGM, EGM, Board and Shareholders’ resolutions, striking-off documentation, and other corporate filings
  • Perform Know-Your-Client (KYC) checks and ongoing customer due diligence
  • Be the client advisor on compliance matters and ensure adherence to the Singapore Companies Act and relevant regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
 
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of corporate secretarial experience
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • 5-day work week
