Tan Tiong Beng, Eugene
Eugene is a trained accountant holding professional qualifications (ACCA) and started his career as an auditor in Singapore. In 2003, Eugene ventured out on his own as a sole proprietor to start a company providing accounting, corporate secretary and taxation services to his clients. As his client’s base increases over the years, Eugene was able to grow his small firm into a corporate services firm with 300 clients and a team of 15 employees.
His invaluable depth of technical expertise and pragmatic advice to his clients as well as his leadership in managing his businesses has allowed him to stand out. Being in this industry for more than 20 years, Eugene has a wealth of experience servicing SMEs and business owners, some of which have grown from small enterprises into larger companies with presence overseas. His experience as a professional services provider to clients means that clients will benefit as he draws on his depth of experience to identify, comprehend and provide meaningful advice which address the key business risks and operational issues facing his clients.

Neo Seow Peng, Benjamin
Benjamin embarked his first career with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), where he gained experience in the field of corporate secretarial work. Determine to advance his career in this field, Benjamin moved to take on the role of a Corporate Secretary with AO Corporate. Advisory. As a Registered Qualified Individual with ACRA, he was responsible for handling the full suite of corporate services from advising on company incorporations, ensuring ongoing compliance requirements to assisting clients in striking off companies.
Benjamin soon rose to a managerial position in the company and he now manages a small team of his own. He is enthusiastic about the work he does and enjoys meeting and advising clients who are eager to establish or expand their business. Beyond Singapore, Benjamin is also experienced in providing comprehensive support and guides for Singapore based clients desiring to expand overseas to countries like Hong Kong, Malaysia as well as offshore companies such as BVI, Cayman Islands and Seychelles.
